  • Children's data: information about goalies under 13 provided by a parent/guardian (see section 5).

  1. Legal bases for processing We process personal data on the following bases:

  • Contract: to deliver coaching services, sell and deliver goods, manage accounts and payments.

  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our services, maintain security, prevent fraud, and communicate about orders and service changes (we balance these interests with your rights).

  1. How we use your data

  • To provide coaching services, manage bookings, deliver training content and feedback.

  • To process orders, payments, returns and customer support.

  • To personalise your experience and recommend products or services.

  • To send transactional messages (order confirmations, account notices) and — with consent — marketing messages.

  • To improve our website and services using analytics and performance monitoring.

  • To prevent and detect fraud, and to comply with legal requirements.

  1. Payment processing and third parties We use regulated third-party payment processors to handle card payments. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We share necessary information (e.g., billing name, amount) with payment providers, logistics partners, analytics providers, and other service providers who help operate our business. All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for agreed purposes.

  2. Children and parental responsibility We offer youth coaching and may collect information about goalies under 13 only with verifiable parental/guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and provide us with a child’s data, you confirm you have the right to do so. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under 13 without consent. If you believe we hold a child’s data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it unless retention is required by law.

  3. Cookies and similar technologies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enable website functionality, remember preferences, and perform analytics. Strictly necessary cookies run the site. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) are used only with your consent. You can control cookie settings via your browser and any consent banner on our site.

  4. Data retention We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described: generally account and transaction data for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance, coaching records and training history while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically up to 3 years), and shorter retention for marketing and analytics as permitted by law. We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer required.

  5. Data security We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption for data in transit, access controls, secure servers, and staff training. While we take reasonable steps to secure data, no system is perfect; notify us promptly at futureprogoaltending@outlook.com if you suspect a security issue.

  6. International transfers All primary processing is carried out within the UK. If we transfer personal data outside the UK (for example to service providers located elsewhere), we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms).

  7. Your rights Under UK data protection law you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;

  • request rectification of inaccurate data;

  • request erasure (in some circumstances);

  • request restriction of processing;

  • object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing;

  • request portability of your data (where processing is by contract and automated);

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  1. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on our site.

  2. Contact and complaints For questions, data requests or to withdraw consent contact: futureprogoaltending@outlook.com.
    If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
