Sales Terms & Policies — Future Pro Goaltending London

Introduction These Sales Terms & Policies ("Terms") govern purchases of coaching services and goods from Future Pro Goaltending London ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Contact: futureprogoaltending@outlook.com.
Definitions
"Buyer", "you", "your": person or organisation placing an order.
"Goods": goalie equipment and accessories sold on our site.
"Services": coaching sessions, programmes, lessons, or subscription-based content.
"Order": your offer to buy Goods or Services through our website.
Ordering and acceptance
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch a confirmation stating the order has been accepted or when we deliver the Goods/Services, whichever comes first.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud checks, or stock issues) and will notify you with reasons and refund any amounts paid.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown include VAT where applicable and are in GBP. We aim to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
For Services billed on a recurring basis, you authorise us to charge the agreed recurring fee to your chosen payment method until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Delivery and risk
Delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage to physical Goods passes to you on delivery. Title transfers to you once we have received full payment.
For Services delivered online or in person, details (time, location, access links) will be provided in confirmation emails.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Goods: You have the right to cancel an online Goods order and return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt for a refund (unless Goods are custom-made or clearly personalised). Return postage is your responsibility unless Goods are faulty or we agreed to cover return costs. We will refund within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or proof of return.
Services: For one-off coaching sessions, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged in full. For multi-session packages or subscriptions, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will be set out at purchase — typically requiring notice equal to one session period or otherwise agreed.
Digital content delivered immediately (e.g., downloadable resources) is non-refundable once supplied, unless faulty.
Faulty or mis-described Goods: If Goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us promptly. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Returns procedure
To request a return, contact futureprogoaltending@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Warranties and disclaimers
Goods: Manufacturer warranties apply to relevant products. We warrant that Goods sold to consumers will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Services: We provide Services with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee specific performance outcomes. You are responsible for following coach guidance and using protective equipment as advised.
Except as set out above and required by law, all other warranties (express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from these Terms is limited to the price paid for the affected Goods or Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Price matching, promotions and gift cards
Promotions, discount codes, and gift card terms will be published with each offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Gift cards are subject to expiry and usage terms stated on issue.
Stock and product availability
We aim to keep stock information current; however, availability may change. If an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you and offer alternatives, backorder, or a full refund.
Custom, personalised and made-to-order items
Custom or personalised Goods are non‑returnable unless faulty. Production times will be stated at purchase.
International orders & duties
For deliveries outside the UK, you are responsible for import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges. Delivery times may be longer and subject to local customs procedures.
Intellectual property
All content on our site (text, images, logos, training materials) is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, transport delays, pandemics). We will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
Data protection
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By ordering you agree we may use your personal data to fulfil the contract and communicate about your orders. Contact: futureprogoaltending@outlook.com.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Changes do not affect completed purchases except where required by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have statutory rights under UK law. For unresolved disputes you may refer the matter to the UK Alternative Dispute Resolution schemes or the small claims court.
